Refund policy
Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at PEN PLANET. If you wish to return the product, below are the conditions that shall be applied for the eligibility to return the product.
a) The product needs to be shipped back to us within 3 Days of received date with the Invoice.
b) To be eligible for return the product must be unused and in the same condition as received it. The product must be in the original Packaging.
The Returned item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
c) Once the product received, our team will inspect, if the product is in original condition the refund will be initiated.
d) The refund will be reflected in your account within 5-7 working days.
e) The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product. The shipping cost is not refundable.
f) The items that have been personalized and customized are not eligible for a refund.
Important: It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure we receive the Product back. Therefore we recommend you to send the Product recorded delivery with the tracking number. If the Parcel goes missing/Undelivered we will be unable to exchange or refund your order.
Cancellation Policy
1) If you wish to cancel your order, then make sure that the product has not despatched yet.
a) Before despatch, the refund will be immediately made, it will reflect in your
account within 5-7 working days.
b) After despatch, the customer must follow the steps of Return instead of
cancellation.
2) PEN PLANET holds the right to cancellation of the order under certain circumstances like Pin Code unavailability, Out of Stock, product damaged or mechanical problem while QC before packing, etc.
3) Please note that any personalized and customized products will not be eligible for cancellation.
Exchange Policy
In the case you wish to apply for EXCHANGE, below are the conditions that shall be applied for the eligibility of exchange of the product.
· The product needs to be shipped back to us within 3 Days of received date with the Invoice, Tags, Cards in place, as it was when delivered to the customer.
· The shipping cost to be bared by Customer Only.
· We shall examine and quality checks the product and decide if the product is in its original condition with its original packing.
· The exchange shall be done for the value higher or equal to the value of the product. In the case of the higher value of the new product, the excess difference needs to be paid in advance.
· Exchange policy is not eligible for CUSTOMISED and PERSONALISED products.
· In case a customer does not raise an exchange claim as per the terms mentioned, the user shall be ineligible for Exchange
After recieving the exchange request,the exchange will be completed within 7-8 days.
Dear Valued Customer,
· The Shipping will we free for all our Products/Order on our web-store.
Once the order is received by the Customer, if customer wish to return the product then, he/she has followed the Return Policy and all the return courier charges will be borne by the Customer only.
· For International shipping: standard courier rates as per the transporter is applied.
· You can track the shipping status of your order on our web store by logging into your account. Click here to login.
· After despatch, the customer has to follow the steps of Return instead of cancellation.
· You will receive your order within 3-5 working days of the date of Order placement.
· Once shipped, the products should reach you anywhere between 2-7 business days. If you do not receive your package within the time indicated by the transporter, for whatever reason, please do call or email us and we will do our best to see that you receive your product at the earliest.
Please note that all orders will be shipped to the shipping address mentioned in your order with an invoice mentioning the price, as per the Indian Tax regulations.
Service Policy
In support to service,
· If any kind of defect is discovered on the product that you purchased from PEN PLANET, we will make it replaced or repaired by the Principal Company of the Concern product (All expenses will be borne by the Customer only) within its warranty Period.
· If your product is damaged due to mishandling or if you find a problem after the warranty has expired – PEN PLANET will do the absolute best to repair the problem for the Customer. Any estimation related to service will be notified to the Customer in advance.
· In Subject to the Servicing time, PEN PLANET will try to resolve it, as earliest as possible but there is no Fix time frame to return the Product, it’s totally depends upon the time taken by the Principal Company and Customs.
· For products that are discontinued or are Vintage models. It may take 3 – 6 months for servicing because the parts/mechanism may be available only with the manufacturer. The costs for repair if any courier charges and re-import charges are to be borne by the Customer.
